Pest Control Service - Variation of Contract

Consideration was given to a request to assign the pest control contract following the purchase of the existing contractor, Connaught Predator Limited by Rentokil Initial Plc UK Limited.
The Cabinet resolved that the assignment of the Council's Pest Control Services contract to Rentokil Initial Plc UK Limited (trading as Rentokil Pest Control) be approved.
Reasons: As set out in the joint report of the Director of Health and Housing and Cabinet Member for Environmental Services.
